The Halloumi cheese is unique to Cyprus and is produced to reflect all the qualities of the milk produced in Cyprus.İt includes only milk, rennet and salt, and is 45% fat.

KASHKAVAL

Kashkaval is similar to mozzarella cheese. Depending on the season it can contain cow or sheep’s milk,rennet,and salt.

CHEESE WITH HOLES

This cheese is one of the most famous Cypriot cheeses. It is made with 100% sheep milk, and is offered for consumption after 3 months of aging.




CREAM

This cream is made from oily mixture that remains after cheese making. It is run through the seperator and this oily cream is collected.

ANARI (LOR)
